PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cartridgedirect.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Certapay, checks, money orders and purchase orders. 

 
These payment methods will be accepted online, via telephone, via mail or by fax. 

 
To order by mail or online with  Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Certapay, checks or money orders: 

1. Select the items you wish to buy by clicking the item checkbox on the right hand side. Then adjust the proper Quantity and select the Add to Shopping Cart button located on the bottom of the page. This will add all "checked" items to your shopping cart. 
2. When you have selected everything you need, click on the "Check Out / Shopping Cart" button. This takes you to the first check out page where you will be asked to enter your billing information. 
3. Fill in all of the blanks and then click on the "Begin Checkout" button. This takes you to the "Confirm Order Details" page. 
4. Review the information that you have previously entered then select your payment method. 
5. Click on "Next Step" to go to the last ordering page where you will be prompted to enter your appropriate payment details. 
6. Click "Submit Order" to finalize your order and payment.  
   If you are sending payment by mail send your payment information along with your confirmation number and details to:

   You will receive an email from us as soon as your payment has been received. 

To order by phone: 

Complete the same steps as provided above for mail orders and write down your confirmation number. 
Call us toll-free: 1 800 337-9131and we will help you arrange payment.

To order by FAX: 

Complete the same steps as provided above for mail orders and include your confirmation number. 

1. Fax your confirmation number along with your payment information, to: (800) 532-8809.
