ORDER, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING PROCEDURES
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. cartridgedirect.com reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your order to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If a portion of your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the status of your back ordered item. Your credit card will only be charged for the number of products we ship to you. There will be no additional shipping charges billed to your credit card for items that ship subsequent to your initial order. The shipping charges will only equal your "Order Total" as reflected in your order confirmation. In order to protect the interests of our customers, orders placed over $200.00 may require additional customer verifications or information, as determined by our credit department, before we can process your order.

International Orders
cartridgedirect.com does accept orders from most countries outside Canada/USA. However the shipping charges may differ from the Canada/USA charges.
cartridgedirect.com does not assume any responsibility for custom duty charges or regulations for countries out of the Canada/USA.
Payment Methods
cartridgedirect.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Certapay, certified cheques, money orders and purchase orders. These payment methods will be accepted online, via telephone, via mail or by fax.
To order by mail with a certified cheque, money order or credit card:
1. Select the items you wish to buy by clicking on the "order" buttons on the right hand side. This will add your items to your shopping cart.
2. When you have selected everything you need, click on the "Checkout" button. This takes you to the first check out page where you will be asked to enter your billing information.
3. Fill in all of the blanks and then click on the "Continue to Checkout" button. This takes you to the "Confirm Order Details" page.
4. Review the information that you have previously entered then select either the option that says "Use this address for my shipping address", the option that says "I need to enter another address for shipping", or click on the "<< Go Back" button to change your billing information. Unless you need to "<< Go Back", click on the "Continue >>" button on the lower right side of the page.
5. If you are entering another address for shipping, please fill out this page as you did on the previous page then click on the "Continue >>" button and proceed to the next page where your shipping information will be confirmed. Otherwise, click on "Continue >>" to go to the last ordering page where both your billing and shipping information will be displayed and print this page out. Note: If you are paying with a credit card, fill out your credit card information on this page then print it out.
6. Mail this page along with payment in the form of a check or money order for the full amount including any tax or shipping costs (if applicable), or your credit card information to:

To order by FAX:
1. Complete the same steps as provided above for mail orders, then print out the last checkout page.
2. Fax this page, complete with your credit card information, to: (800) 532-8809. (This is a secure line and only authorized persons will have access to your information.)

Pricing Policy
cartridgedirect.com reserves the right to change our prices at any time without notice.
Partial Shipments
At cartridgedirect.com our service goal is to fulfill your order promptly and keep you posted as to the status of your order. We want you to know your order is secure. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy the benefits of shopping at cartridgedirect.com.
Should one of the products in your order not be available for some reason, we will promptly notify you by email with the anticipated ship date. You have the option to cancel your order should this conflict with your needs.
There are no additional shipping charges for items on backorder that ship subsequent to your initial shipment.
Shipping Policy
cartridgedirect.com offers standard 2 to 5 business days shipping. Cartridgedirect.com does their best to ship all orders accepted before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time on the same day. cartridgedirect.com does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Customers may be required to sign for delivery. Should you wish to have your order left otherwise please note when placing your order or advise the carrier upon the first delivery attempt. Shipments outside Canada/USA cannot ship "standard" ground service and/or may involve additional requirements. Shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery. cartridgedirect.com is responsible for delivery up through the confirmation of delivery. cartridgedirect.com is not responsible for any packages lost, damaged or stolen after delivery.
Shipping Charges
cartridgedirect.com shipping charges are based on your order total prior to tax as noted in the table below:
US Continent and Canada Shipping Charge
For orders amounting to less than $75.00, the shipping charge is $6.95. For orders amounting to more than $75.00, shipping is Free.
International (not including Canada) Shipping Charge

Note: Additional customs fees may occur on international orders.
* Undeliverable or refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
